Donna Grzegorek - Registered Dental Hygienist

Donna has been a part of Innovative Dental Professionals since 1974. Beginning as a high school dental assistant, Donna recognized her passion for dentistry at a very young age. Donna received her degree in dental hygiene in 1980 and has been continuing her education ever since. Recognized as an IDHA scholar in 2005, 1 of 5 hygienists in the country honored as “Hygienist of the Year” in 2006 and a recipient of the Sunstar/Butler “RDH Award of Distinction”-2007, Donna’s commitment to be “the best”, is on going.

Donna is honored to treat the dental needs of our patients. With advanced certification in nitrous sedation, local anesthetics and soft tissue lasers, Donna prides herself on providing very skilled treatment in a comfortable environment. Donna is eager to teach her patients about the opportunity for whole body wellness through the oral/systemic link. Donna’s commitment to her patient’s is contagious and respected by everyone at Innovative Dental Professionals.

 

 

Rhian Stackhouse - Orthodontic/Dental Assistant

Rhian is a wonderful asset to our company.  Rhian has been an orthodontic assistant in our organization since 2003.  Rhian is a "jack of all trades" and assits us in the lab and at the front desk when necessary.  Rhian's knowledge of the orthodontic arena is impressive and observed by the patients she treats.

Rhian is an animal lover.  Rhian loves going to concerts, legos and roller blading.  Rhian spends as much time as she can with her godson, Matthew.  Patients enjoy time spent with Rhian.



 

 

Sarah Lampignano - Registered Dental Hygienist

Sarah's attention to detail makes her a perfect fit for our hygiene department. Sarah brings warmth and sincerity to the hygiene experience.  A graduate of William Rainey Harper College, Sarah has been with our organization since 2006.  Sarah is a newlywed and enjoys cooking and "working out".  She loves to spend time with family, friends and her dog Stella.

Sarah looks forward to treating the preventive and periodontal needs of our patients.



 

 

Lyn Smalec - Registered Dental Hygienist


Lyn Smalec has a tremendous amount of dental experience utilized in many capacities at Innovative Dental Professionals.  Currently, Lyn is treating the hygiene needs of our patients. 

Lyn has been part of our organization since 1998.  Lyn graduated from hygiene school in 1994. She completed her Bachelor's degree in business in 2000. Lyn is married and has 2 sons.
 
In Lyn's free time she enjoys reading, going to movies, scrapbooking and traveling. Lyn will make you feel welcome at Innovative Dental Professionals.

 

 

Helen Barth - Patient Coordinator

Helen is the smiling personality that occupies our front desk area.  Helen came to our office with 5 years customer service experience and utilizes that skillset as she assists our patients with their appointment, insurance and financial arrangements.

Helen enjoys spending time with her son Wyatt and her fiance Joe.  In her spare time you will find Helen playing softball, snowboarding and reading.

Helen is a welcome addition to our team and looks forward to assisting our patients with their administrative needs.
